Adv Materials Innovations (AMI) nanofabricated components can provide a solution to organizations wrestling with the loss of domestic electronic manufacturing capability. Resistors made with materials such as NiCr and Alumina can make reliable components. Our proprietary construction enables improved performance in a small form factor to create SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power and Cost) improvements. The technology is flexible, able to adapt to existing products, including surface mount components.

High Temperature Strain Gauge
Adv Materials Innovations is partnered with Mesoscribe Inc., to adapt our proprietary nano fabrication process and build a nano-scale high temperature strain gauge for the HiRel, Military and Aerospace Community. This is one of several product designs showcasing our process flexibility, which allows the creation of a wide range of components. High Temperature Strain Gauges with a small form factor are important for health monitoring of jet engines, power plants and industrial facilities where extreme environments exist. Building on our proven resistor technology, our strain gauge will leverage novel materials and construction to create a market leading high temperature technology.
